Het bureau streeft steeds naar integrale ontwerpen die economisch geoptimaliseerd zijn naar energieverbruik, onderhoud en investering. Dit alles met aandacht voor de multifunctionaliteit. Studie10 maakt een integraal ontwerp met oog op alle aspecten van het bouwgebeuren. Zo behandelen we de economische structuren en de economische installaties niet afzonderlijk. Maar wordt er gekeken naar de integrale oplossingen. Hierdoor kunnen we rekening houden met totaalkost, onderhoud, energieverbruik en total cost of ownership.
Naast de studie bij bouw of renovatie staat studie10 ook in voor werfopvolging, controle van het onderhoud en adviesverlening bij conceptstudies of audits van gebouwen en installaties.
