YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As In Field Specialist you are responsible for detailed technical level 2 support of the Balers in EMEA region
• You are a key role between the markets, New Holland Marketing and Field Service , Service Managers and the internal CNHi organisation (Technical support, Engineering, Manufacturing , Quality, Spare parts, …) where you analyse technical issues and make proposals that lead to temporary/definitive solutions at the customer level
• You go to the field on customer visits to investigate specific issues and to gain a deeper insight in the issues and demands of the customers.
• Provide official answers and solutions to technical questions and issues (through a variety of communication channels)
• Prepare and present customer feedback, product improvements and open issue concerns in the yearly product improvement session.
